BACKGROUND

I've worked with 80+ businesses across real estate, coaching, freelancing, agencies, and service-based models. Different industries, different markets — but the same structural problems show up again and again.

Most people aren't stuck because they're lazy or incapable. They're stuck because they can't clearly see what's actually broken. So they hire agencies, tools, or consultants that execute tasks — without ever fixing the underlying structure.

I work at a different level. I don’t run ads, post content, or manage teams. I look at how decisions are being made, where priorities drift, and why effort isn’t translating into results
